Each season consists of:

• 7 Regular Season Games 
• 2 Championship/Playoff Week 

Every team plays one scheduled game per week inside The GRHIT Lab, our dedicated HitTrax competition room.

Games are approximately 30-45 minutes in length.

Teams may register together or players may register individually.

Individual players will be placed on balanced teams by Grit House Athletics.

Team rosters should consist of:

• 4 Players Recommended 
• Maximum of 5 Players 

Each game is played using HitTrax technology.

HitTrax simulates live baseball and softball games while recording every swing and every statistic.

Games are designed to move quickly and maximize the number of quality at-bats for every player.

Games are 7 innings or 45 min time limit
